Had amazing improvements in the 800m this season. For this being my first season running it, I cut my time down from 2:22 to 2:10 in the open, and had a 2:05 split in the 4x800 relay. I also had the honor of running the 4x800 in Mid Penns, getting 8th, and running in Districts.

For only running the 400m once this outdoor season, I made the PA Milesplit most improved 400m runners, going from 59.28 last year to 54.36 this year. Then, I ran in Mid Penns, and hit another PR of 53.96! I can’t wait to shave even more time off next year!

Had an awesome meet yesterday at the Bruce Dallas Invite at CV yesterday! I ran the 800 and ran a huge PR of 2:15.32!! Glad the weather held up so I could run!

Had an exciting meet yesterday at F&M College! Ran an awesome PR in the 800m with a time of 2:22.38!

Had a great meet at Franklin and Marshall College yesterday! I had a PR in the 400 with a time of 57.12 and a PR in the 800 with a time of 2:28.52 @CDHS_Track
