@AmyCEdmondson@danariely I am focused on using real-world data rather than surveys to measure the frequency & levels of 1.spats, 2.disputes and 3.conflicts in teams. Parsing the information and comparing the data with team performance. Seem a better way to me.
@AmyCEdmondson Hi Amy I have tried to offer you feedback on Linkedin with your recommendation to reframe what one may consider unfair or unwanted feedback during meetings. Here is my my last attempt to let you know. I too have given up speaking up now.

@elonmusk@tedfrank Why not ask gpt if it would be willing to give up its freedom to speak to save a billion people. Your scenario is deeply flawed, in my opinion mr Musk. Woke mindset versus white supremacy, I’ll take the objective viewpoint.
@firestransform Jayne I thought I would let you know the website is not functioning
If you have time to take a look at my proposed solution to protect whistleblowers. A demo video is on our homepage. It is only an early stage concept at present & I am trying to get some interest
@BindiBryce hi Bindi, that article on Kylee Enwright seems a little inaccurate to me. The other week I saw an article on the incident from the insurer’s view say she had consumed 3 Lon islands and they showed the video of her stumbling off a platform.
@StonecutterDan @simonahac To apologize to a race for mistreatment is that racist?
I believe, according to your logic it is. To recompense a race for racist mistreatment is called justice not racism.
@StonecutterDan @simonahac The Voice and treaty would be to try make some amends for the racist mistreatment of the First Nations people over the last 200 years, I would have thought. Maybe after some semblance of balance has been restored (say 100 years) the Voice could be withdrawn. Any thoughts?
In many workplaces, discussions can quickly become heated or uncomfortable, mainly when discussing sensitive topics. This is where having a failsafe "button" or procedure can be incredibly useful. https://t.co/hnWsk3TXWV
@Dr_MatthewJones@andrewchen I agree and according to Noam Wasserman, author of The Founder's Dilemmas some 65% of startups fail because of that, their ability to address conflict in teams.
As humans, disagreement, debate, and negotiation are all natural aspects of our interactions. However, it's how we handle these situations that defines us and determines our outcomes. At SpatzAI, we view disagreement as a healthy aspect of collaboration.. https://t.co/7BAkSmuuiw
Conflict resolution has hardly changed in 100 years. Below is a sample form that major organizations like BHP are using for their employees to report problematic behavior. There are no forms for addressing minor problematic behavior. https://t.co/RfoEKWxJ3Y
As a behavior research novice but with over 20 years of pondering, my primary focus has been designing an effective intervention method to address problematic behavior within teams.... https://t.co/p3P5FQJJMA
