I've got the upmost respect for every single officer and emergency service's worker who has worn there full ppe kit in this heat today ' the public really have not got a clue how bad it is in this weather ;)

@jammycat8 I have had everything ' it started off with a sore throat then headaches then going really hot and cold and feeling the heat off yourself radiating off your pillow :) next it was the tickley cough and stomach gripes and running to the toilet ! Was never sick tho :)

Just finished my duty covering the Manchester Marathon and I've got the upmost respect for all the runners that competed in that event ' well done everyone ! Also I was doing my community policing thing. I'm sure all children loved all my sweets which i was offering out :)
