This is incredible. It will be so meaningful and powerful for so many parents. Thinking of all who will be affected by this grief that is like no other.
This is the right thing to do, & means a lot to me personally. For anyone experiencing miscarriage the grief is real - and for many there will be comfort in being able to recognise the loss of the child you hoped your pregnancy would become. Thanks to those who made it possible

Exciting times today as our service @D_GTALK held our first ever School Age Pathway professional supervision/development day. A big task ahead as we build this new part of the service but can't wait to get started! #mySLTday
Anyone fancy joining me for this? You can come for one or both days.
Day 1 focuses on evidence for different methods of service delivery.
Day 2 focuses on intervention at word, sentence and narrative levels
I always enjoy the thought-provoking discussions.

@SkeffAoife@The_HCPC Honestly can't wrap my head around this Aoife! No good for it's current members and no good for attracting new comers to the professions. I don't get it! 🤷🏼♀️

Our big girl was "Star of the Week" last week. She brought home her certificate covered in things her peers had said about her. Lovely to hear how she's getting on with phonics etc. but these are the bits that make a mammy's heart sing! 😭🥰
@marymered Anecdotally in Scotland, of those referred with anxiety related absence, 50% were diagnosed autistic. Many of the other 50% shared similar thinking styles, unmet sensory & communication support needs. We need a need a neurodevelopmental lens on this issue https://t.co/tzI13Edi6p
