My little sister, Anne Mukamunana, left this world for the next yesterday at the age of 105. She was eight years younger than me. She was born in Masisi. Her daughter was studying in a missionary school in Butare, 300km away. She would walk on foot to visit her and walk back to Masisi. She would stop at any person’s home at nightfall and seek shelter for the night and continue the next day. The journey would take about two weeks or slightly longer and back, same time. So that was a round trip of 600km on foot, unbelievable. May her soul RIP.

African countries are still colonies to these countries
