@LiveOverflow Saw the response, skipped to the part of the criticism. Honestly it was ok. I still think the mindset is a bit wrong. But like you are worthy of your opinion, as i am to mine.

Hope life goes at least decent in the future. I saw only seconds but opinions shouldn't harm :)

"Its the future" is codeword for: I can't exist without it.

For AI to reach full human potential you can't work with Statistics because statistics can't go further than the data is has.

So it can't evolve beyond that.

It will be a properly viewed tool.
I mean API costs are feared right now. And subscriptions won't cover all costs needed. So what do you think happens to everyone once the money runs out?

You think I mean AI should disappear.
My thought is that the mindset that AI is more than just a tool should disappear.
Ai is a bubble. It is 66-50% money loss. And once the hype is gone it will go down to levels like dotcom.

- 1: Current AI design is never compatible with that result. It is a flawed design that will never reach the quality to do that.
- 2: Prices have to at least 3-4x to get even. And subscriptions won't make that happen. Sooo yeah. It won't get cheap

@gzman1248 @LiveOverflow @UK_Daniel_Card the difference between a junior and a senior is work experience. So without a Job a junior can't turn into a senior. What will you do once all existing seniors are declining? Hire new juniors?
At that point they are burned or dumbed down.
That is a self suffocating system.

It is a great "tool" but the market is not pushing it as a "tool" and you are ignoring that. Otherwise where does the "Why would i need junior when AI can do it" come from?

This is something where i mean "AI" is overhyped.
"You should not think about consequences/bad things. It is a great technology, ignore the rest".

@LiveOverflow @UK_Daniel_Card Don't get me wrong, AI is a good "tool", the issue is, everything that tries to sell AI is not selling it as a "tool" it is sold as a magic bullet. Meanwhile it is built on top of bought time, especially if the market stays at the direction it is heading right now.

Meanwhile the new to be juniors get told: You should use AI for everything and this results to the point of dependency.
This is the "hype" most people talk about.

es ist mittlerweile opt in, aber es war vorher opt out.
Und Microsoft geht mehr und mehr in diese Richtung.
Und was ist wenn ein zwangsfeature kommt was du überhaupt nicht willst und es abschalten kann.

Alle punkte wurden gemacht. Mehr als das ist einfach nur "mein punkt ist mehr wert als deiner"
Ich würde vorschlagen probiere mal aus wie es ist.
Dann kannst du sagen: XYZ haben mich währenddessen gestört, aber null muss :)

@freezle_tobi @heroldini @colonel_sus Niemand sagt: Ersetze dein windows. Du kannst beides parallel installiert haben. ich meine du hast nicht nur den Xbox Store installiert und wenn du was anderes installierst wird der gelöscht?
Dualboot ist eine Sache.

Ja diese Erfahrung habe ich auch.
Wobei ich null xbox nutze.

@freezle_tobi @heroldini @colonel_sus Du wirst zwar im schlimmsten fall settings einstellen müssen, damit das spiel weiß was es nutzen soll aber Performance wise läuft es super. Er hatte letztens erst angefangen Pragmata zu zocken :)

Weil gaming wise ist linux nicht mehr so schlecht wie es klingt. Ein Kollege zockt alles was ich zocke nur auf linux. Ja wir zocken keine Anitcheat games aber wir haben in unserer runde noch kein incompatibles spiel gefunden.

@heroldini @freezle_tobi @colonel_sus Stimmt aber sowas juckt einen 0815 (no hate) Nutzer einfach nicht. Support ist das wichtigste.

Argumentiere das linux ihm mehr Freiheit gibt nicht das es besser ist, weil es ist nicht besser aber auch nicht schlechter. Es ist anders.
