@_andrewdonovan_ Had a mountain bike crash, got instant inflammation on leg & ankle. Remembering @Barefoot_Will_'s advice, I didn't ice but kept riding for an hour. Surprisingly, almost forgot I crashed! Leg was slightly sore the next day, but way better than expected.
