For almost 40 years we've been told trucking has a driver shortage.

Today we're gonna pressure-test that.
Because if there's been a shortage for four decades...

...why aren't drivers getting fought over?
Why isn't pay exploding?

Why are experienced drivers leaving while hundreds of thousands of new CDLs are issued every year?

Maybe...Just maybe...

There isn't a truck driver shortage.
There's a shortage of good jobs.
- shortage of fair pay.
-shortage of real benefits.
- shortage of respect.

A shortage of leaders willing to look in the mirror instead of blaming truckers.

Funny how "driver shortage" always seems to be the answer...

...but "be a better company" never makes the PowerPoint.

Let's make some people uncomfortable today.
