@rleggos Like I can't imagine posting someone's photo and not crediting them or at least indicating that *I DIDN'T TAKE IT*. There is a clear implication that posting to your own SM is that you took it. Yeah it's just icky.

@rleggos It says a lot about the person. Annoying no matter what. A lot of people don't know better. It upsets me greatly when people do it, especially if they're attempting to be a content creator of any kind.

@AvenueTP It reminds me of ballet. Making something so technical and deliberate look so effortless and natural. I'm always amazed when someone is "punching above their weight" and showing years ahead of their time in the seat by demonstrating those things. SDR who sounds like an AE, etc.

@AvenueTP I keep thinking about my mentor teaching me as a young recruiter "you sell yourself before anything else" Best SDR I've ever interviewed reacted to my cold outreach by going 6 mos into my LI posts and researching my co. *Clearly* telegraphed how she'd prospect once hired.

@HowtoADHD Trauma 1000%. finding a LCSW who's practice is to rule out trauma/addiction first was huge for me as someone who's had ADHD dx since childhood. felt like I was actually *starting the work* CPTSD *and* ADHD treatment was a game changer.
