It will either be to the Packers or Eagles.

The Chicago Bears Arlington Heights Stadium project doesn’t have enough votes from the Illinois Legislators to pass the Bill.

The voting period ends in 11 hours.

If the Arlington Heights project doesn’t get enough votes, the Chicago Bears will favor the Hammond, Indiana Project.
