This is where Eddie Howe falls down slightly in my opinion. He is undoubtedly a brilliant Coach at developing players. His Managerial ability and in game management it what lets him down #NUFC

I’d say it takes an elite coach to make a Brazil international from the Joelinton he inherited. Or to make England players from uncapped Burn, Gordon, Hall & Livramento. Isak’s improvement. Murphy being the player he was last season. Taking a team from 19th to 4th in 18 months…

Two things will ultimately cost Howe his job.

- loyalty to players out of form but are his ‘favourites
- refusing to sign technically gifted players who can break down the opposition because they’re physical numbers are high enough

Look at these stats, imagine a team in the PL having 73% possession against Liverpool. Yet we overpay for players because they have PL experience. Players in Europe are cheaper and better, fact. #NUFC
