@ACCOX_artist @SimonGreasley Mamba/spice seems to differ from alcohol,cocaine,heroin in being very short acting, leaving little time for keeping appointments. In acute overdose, often appears like stimulant OD (cardiac effects, sudden death).. and in withdrawal, more like GHB or alcohol (fits, paranoia).
