@GAMEdigital Pre ordered Resident Evil 4 steelbook, collection in store. Got handed this and told I had to raise a ticket online since that’s where I’d ordered it. Did that and was told it can’t be replace. Offered either £10 worth of reward points or a refund. Fucking joke.

I don’t know if I’m more pissed that they ‘can’t’ replace it, or that the shop I collected my order from had other steelbooks on the shelf and wouldn’t change it as I’d pre ordered it online and not in store. @AskPlayStation Thank you for getting back to me. The charging port has come loose inside the controller, which means I can’t charge it anymore. The port itself always seemed tight from purchase and it gave way recently. I’m hoping I can be sent away and fixed.
