Paid for a Paytm Soundbox offer via UPI, but the status showed “Payment Failed” after money was deducted. Also tried to deactivate the Soundbox, but the IVR doesn’t provide an option to connect with an agent. Very disappointing customer support.

@JioCare Manager Venkata Jagadeesh has been disconnecting my calls. Is this the level of customer service I should expect? It appears my concerns are not being taken seriously. Please escalate this feedback to his higher management. Engineer is also not responding my calls. @JioCare

@JioCare I have called the technician more than 10 times, but there has been no response. I’m not sure why the calls are not being answered. Could you please ask your engineer to respond? It seems he is not interested to repair. @JioCare@reliancejio
@JioCare@JioCare My availability is 24 hours a day. Could you please ask your engineer to visit as per the scheduled time? I’m concerned they may not arrive on time. Kindly confirm, so I can decide whether to switch my service to another provider. Its been more than 2 days.
