Scotland invested 35% more per household in the system since 2002, compared to England; charges 14% less for water.

I’m not sure what it takes for people in the U.K. to realise that democracy is slipping through their fingers. Jacob Rees-Mogg is admitting today that voter ID was an attempt at gerrymandering. The public order act has put the fundamental right to protest in the hands of an institutional racist police force. Since Brexit, the rate of decline in a democratic freedoms has exponentially risen. Just how bad does it need to get before people realise how dangerous the situation is becoming?

Over the last 8 years of living in South London, there has been at least one copy of Hellraiser on VHS on top of the bus stop at East Street.

The most I have ever seen up there is three. No idea how they get there, no idea who regulates it. But it has always been one of my favourite things, a little bit of solitude in the big city.

But recently, for a considerable amount of time, there has been no sign of them. Removed by the council? Vandals? Who knows?

Today, I saw a fresh copy had been placed. It made me feel like all was well in the world again.
