@USA1Pat1776 @BGatesIsaPyscho The entire Northwest is experiencing severe drought conditions this summer as the previous winter was significantly warmer than normal, resulting in a drastic reduction in the seasonal snowpack we rely on for replenishing our reservoirs & aquifers. It is absolutely heat related.
