@ShellEnergyHome Thank you for getting in contact although I think you’re misunderstanding my point. The usage is irrelevant. Setting direct debits based on 8 month usage in May will inflate my DD. Equally doing the same in October could leave me in debt. Why 8 months????

This really is shameful business practice from @ShellEnergyHome. Predicting direct debits on an 8 month period in May to exclude the warm period to increase direct debits is shameful. I hope all consumers are aware of this and get bills adjusted correctly. ⁦@MartinSLewis⁩

I was asked to meet with a group of 20 national coach education managers from different sports. I asked them "what is coaching?". They said, "connection, communication, compassion, empathy, listening, understanding..etc". I then asked them to open their text-books and show me where they teach those things to the learners. No one could.
