One night, her place was broken into and she was raped. She was targeted specifically because she was a vulnerable elderly woman. Heartbreaking!

Looking at the XRPL metrics today - the transactions per ledger are higher than I have ever seen. Usually it tops out around 300 transactions per ledger - today I am seeing 800+ transactions per ledger. Something has shifted.
