@bananafitz I have pretty bad anxiety (don’t we all) but bringing a book to a restaurant & enjoying a nice meal with a side of Vonnegut helped me feel more capable. Drive to/stop by restaurant—> order/communicate with people who are kind (more often than not)—> go home feeling like a person
