I've recently started taking on more sponsors for my newsletter and occasionally shouting them out on X, and have been wondering how to appropriately disclose these deals

I make sure to mention it in each post, but to go a step further I created a Google Sheet that lists any content deals I have going on for my newsletter, or advisory positions or ambassador roles I might have

Have added a link to it in my bio so you can always check to see where my interests might be when I speak about a project (I still try to only work with genuine/legitimate companies that I think are trying to build value in the space)

The timeline is increasingly flooded with paid-for content, and while I don't think there's anything bad or evil about creators writing about projects in return for payment (or for projects to pay creators to do so), I do think it's bad and evil when it's not disclosed and done with malice or an intent to deceive

I also think it's worth erring on the side of over-caution rather than "assuming" people know something is sponsored content

There's only so much you can do at a certain point, but to me, this seems reasonable enough
