Missed opportunity for Milton. This would have been 80 affordable and 6 market rate homes on plot of land deeded to the town by Royal Governor Stoughton in 1701 to benefit the town’s “poore”. What got built so far? 23 single family homes selling for $1.5 million and up. #mapoli

Glad the project is finally starting. But a 10% increase in costs from the lawsuit delay = ~$10.5 million in extra cost. Bad faith NIMBY lawsuits have real consequences. And remember, Monty Gold & @TurtleSwampBrew are subjecting @JP_NDC to same thing right across the street.
