@UberEats essentially Uber took money for a product that I did not receive, and when I reached out to support and asked to speak to a manager after they repeatedly said no with no reason, they are closing my chat with no response. Is this an acceptable interaction in your eyes?

@VaroBank I'm trying to ask a very simple question to the chatbot in the app which it's not answering, and when I ask to speak to a person, it lists different team names that are greyed out and can't be typed and I'm stuck in a loop with the bot. Please help!
