I swear the Vivzipop Fandom is one of the most pathetically insecure I've ever seen, second only to maybe the Steven Universe because that one actually has dropped bodies.
I mean, c'mon... you have nothing else going on!? A job? Friends? Girlfriend or boyfriend? The exact skin color of a character in a cartoon drawing is all you have going on?
PLEASE GET A LIFE!
Like really think about it, Superman could beat Guy's ass easily, he'd one tap him. Guy didn't give a fuck, he was ready to throw down and scrap. But hand him over to King and Lindeloff and whoops we forgot this character has a established personality already

Hello my name is James Gunn. The goal of the DCU is to provide a wide variety of stories, all different to each other that will span multiple genres and time periods. Our next four projects are all based on Tom King stories or written by Tom King or produced by Tom King.
The longer I sit with the Lanterns series finale, the more it angers me.
So Hal Jordan goes to Rushville to confront a mass murdering alien, who is being harbored and protected by everyone in town, notwithstanding the fact that her whole plan of self defense is to burn down the town around her and make Hal use up the ring so she can kill him too.
She proceeds to execute this plan, and in spite of this, the townspeople actually try to help her escape, and in the process some of them are killed. In other words, Hal succeeds at his extremely justified mission and has to go to prison for ten years and we are supposed to feel this was appropriate.
Kerry shoots Hal in the face because she doesn’t like something he said in an argument and the most by-the-book character in the whole series is like, “nah, you don’t even need to explain yourself to a jury. We are all good here.” And we are supposed to feel good about this?
It’s absolutely ludicrous.
Watching lanterns Episode 5, and it’s so lame that every single alien on this show can conveniently disguise themselves as a human, even when they no longer need to, you would think it’s because of the budget , but the budget for this show is massive
Let’s talk about Kerry. She knew Noah was the Manhunter from the start, covered for him, helped facilitate the town’s destruction, and let someone else take the blame for 10 years.
She knew her son was dangerous, yet still brought Hal into her life. When Hal offered to help, even offering to move away with her, she killed him. Then she dragged John into the mess and somehow walked away because “it’s what Hal would have wanted.”
One of DC’s worst characters, easily behind only Billy’s mom.
And we’re supposed to empathize with her because Tom King says her punishment is simply living with what she did?
The Lanterns discourse has revealed a troubling flaw in how some folks understand stories.
If a writer uses exposition to explain a plot point that doesn't make sense or needs to explain it after the fact, that's not "nuance."
It's a contrivance, a shortcut by the writer to pretend the illogical is logical.
Unfortunately, too many people are conditioned to accept the exposition because the writers are the authorities in the story creation, so "they must know what they're doing."
Please, hear me on this. If a plot point doesn't make sense, the writer did a bad job.
It really is that simple.
I’ve been a Green Lantern fan since the 2000s and because I said I don’t like Lanterns I’ve had people telling me I was never really a DC fan.
Yeah, 6 year old me seeing Green Lantern for the first time was “LARPING” and I’ve been a fake DC fan for 20+ years.
