@WilsdorfAndreas Finally could you look at adding in the option of a youth coach instead of leaving it to the senior coaches to develop players, makes more sense and would bring more depth to the staff section of the game
@WilsdorfAndreas Scouting and poaching young talent from other club and developing them within the academy (like real life clubs do) would also be a big game changer
@WilsdorfAndreas Also it would be useful to have the ability to put injured players into youth rush tournaments in order to regain fitness before returning to first team action
@WilsdorfAndreas Can you please do something with the Youth Academy on career mode?, it is beyond frustrating not having anywhere to put young players once they have been signed up to the senior team.
@IFBMedia
Hi Bill, you said on the football scout show a few days ago that ireland should suppliment the senior team with 2nd gen players, we should get our own house in order first, we are waisting our time going after players like Liam Delap if the don't want to play for us
@BlogIrish Think a lot of people are forgetting about Joe-O' Brian- Whitmarsh who is at Accrington Stanley on loan, already scored a couple of goals for them before the international window
@BlogIrish Well there are three that spring to mind, Mohammad Oliditi of Shamrock Rovers (16 DM Shamrock Rovers) Rory Finneran (17 DM Newcastle United) Jacob Devaney (17 M/DM Manchester United)
@reptracker
I think its time the grass roots started to put pressure on the government to take investment in the LOI seriously, maybe you can use your platform on the Landsdown roar to get something going in the next year
@reptracker
Hi Ronan, just want to send you on this link to Gavin Molloys podcast with the 42 who talks about the governments lack of investment in academies.

@RomellOuterSpac@Nathan_1929@JFallonExaminer I think you're forgetting the fact that the team is made up of ex league of Ireland players and the only way forward for Irish football is to develop the league to the point where they are good enough for the national team
