@ThatGuyRocked I don’t think he ever left. Has been hanging around on practice squads the last few years.
Being a good run blocker and special teams demon can keep you in the league for a long time.
@MySportsUpdate Kind of crappy showing him the door after one mistake.
However, he was becoming less enjoyable to listen to, so it’s an easy out for CBS.
@timpadams1 Biggest edge the Dodgers have is they can afford to miss on draft picks/free agents and still compete for a World Series. The Rays/Brewers don't have that luxury which makes their successes all the more impressive.
@AaronGleeman Competitors compete, and Gray's success in '26 earned a longer leash.
However, he gave up 8 of the 16 hardest hit balls in the game through 4.2 IP. I'd let him try to get out of the 5th (Bellinger was only 3/17 vs. Gray), but I'd yank him first sign of trouble in the 6th.
@ThePhilliesShow I wasn't the biggest Harper fan when he was coming up, but he's won me over the last 4-5 years or so.
Great player, plays hard, and seems like a stand-up guy.
