Sports talk

Talking sports. A dive into analytics to look at players. played in the WHL, now I’m a linesman in the AHL

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@HamelinRene You got owned! You don’t know anything about hockey or the play.
Scheielfe glides in from the blueline and for over 2 seconds before he hits Evans.
Shoulder and elbow low. It’s a textbook big hit. As clean as you’ll see

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@MrMatthewTodd @LocalFish321 If co2 causes warming, why do we see the earth cool during these other big spikes in CO2?
Very much defeats the claim if you actually look at the data but you totally ignore it

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@redsnoopy69 These are not connected.
Canada had far less people from India and less Muslims who are eating up tax money. They make your life more expensive along with bigger government

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@ItsKesios What happened in the hurricane series?

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@Sports_guy89 The Lightning had 60% of the scoring chances lol they dominated but had terrible luck

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@AlainBoileau3 Yes as they got very unlucky. But the Habs got dominated.

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@HabsDepression Guhle is a low end 3rd pairing guy. They need to trade him asap while he might still have some value but he’s on a bad contract.
Hutson also needs to be heavily sheltered. They badly need a top pairing left and right dman. I don’t know where they find that guy

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@Peorhum I am from Winnipeg and work with the homeless.
There are zero heat related deaths among homeless yet we see over 100 cold related deaths a year.
So stop lying and stop ignoring the data.

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@HabsRSus @mistalski85 @liammcmahon_74 @IceMetrix Yes. Can’t play tough minutes and is a liability 5 on 5 come playoff time as he’s scared to death

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@lorianebird I mean he’s a liar who also had a major hand in wealth transfer and killing off millions.
A dirtbag

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@heathfilms Sharks core is way way better though more than 20 million better

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@zk97__ Who turn into a 4th line come playoff time.
We need to find a real 1C and two top line wingers.
Our current top line hates playoff hockey. They just rack up points against bad teams all year

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@Monctonscout @MurphysLaw74 I mean that’s likely not nearly enough.
Even with Hage not being a top tier prospect, it would be him and a lot more.
Hage, Guhle, and a 1st?

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@_JordanDecker They also need better rush defenders. Teams were going after Hutson know he can’t defend and it really hurt them as they can set up so easily

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@_JordanDecker Keep that same energy for Carey price.
Had 1 great year and side from that was very average

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@_JordanDecker That’s the route the Habs are going but with no star Centre or Dman.
Hutson is getting killed by top 6 players. Now being outscored 8-2 with a 40% xgf%
And Suzuki is awful against good centres

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@ForRealTheWorst Ticket revenue is in USD as it’s split by the league and that’s the majority of their income.
I don’t think they get money from parking.
Merchandise is also shared among the league in USD
They do keep the mark up from the arena store but their prices are way higher than US arenas

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@talk_canadiens_ Price also is so badly overrated. Not even in the top 10 for goals saved above expected for the cap era.

You don’t want Fowler to be a flash in the pan type like price

[Sports talk @Sportstalk444]

@SteadyHabs Yup Demidov and slaf just can’t drive play or create anything they are both passengers. Need a strong play driving 1C to push Suzuki down to 2C
