@steinkobbe OK but as a retail worker this is kinda horrifying. Walmart literally pays ppl to do this and doing it for free decreases the value of their labor... Which is already severely depreciated. You want the shelf to look nice? Tell Walmart to hire more ppl and quit lean staffing

For every 1 symptom that you do "see", they're probably experiencing 10 or 12 that you don't. Some of us are pros at maintaining outward function under mind-bogglingly heavy symptoms

Accepting that you have a chronic illness is hard. Accepting disability is hard. And when both of those things are effectively invisible, acceptance becomes even more difficult
