We checked out our app in the newly announced #PICO4Enterprise at #AWE2022.
The colors are looking great on their new pancake lenses. Exciting to see the next generation of devices.
Thanks to @WebXREngine for the invitation!
@NiclasJ Yes! Multiplayer is on the timeline. The app works in AR, VR, Desktop and Mobile (with slightly worse UX on other devices).
Our goal is to make the app as accessible as we can!
@NiclasJ@SrileXR@rcabanier I don't think so, as far as I know the lynx uses Firefox Reality and that doesn't yet support immersive-ar.
It will work on any XR device's browser, as long as they support it.
So...
We had a productive weekend, adding AR passthrough in #WebXR.
Can't wait to try it out on the @MetaQuestVR Pro with color passthrough!
You can try it over on https://t.co/azJL1ulqkk
How to: Under the Quest's experimental features: setup your room & align your walls.
Thanks to @MetaQuestVR we now have access to Passthrough in #WebXR, so we quickly added it on to the app!
Choose [AR] when entering immersive mode with Quest 2 or Quest Pro and voila!
Happy spraying!
Whoa, that was a long nap!
Anyway, we are back with new walls you can spray on and DOM Overlay for that AR Session (currently only on Chrome on Android)
What do you do when someone writes "vomit" with a spelling error on your wall? From now on, you will have a handy pressure cleaner on your side to get rid of that unwanted spelling error!

Upcoming feature:
Loading in reference images.
Before starting you session, you will be able to set your reference image in your browser. You can upload an image or enter a url. This image will also be displayed in VR.

Finally figured out why the SL display (middle left) was always black and white.
Turns out, the canvas didn't draw the background color, only the white and black and used alpha and a css `background-color` to set it.
That doesn't work with canvas textures. Β―\_(γ)_/Β―
