Wondering what your thoughts are on this technique:
Very interesting way to counter any D-Line games in Pass Protection. The Bears showing a Spin to pick up a Looper and at times just going to Basketball Box Out on the defender.
Great variation to work your QB's feet while keeping his eyes downfield. Great addition to the basic drill to keep players engaged.
Ohio State running their QB's thru their Bags & Numbers drill, forcing their QB to call out the Number the coach is giving.
Very difficult variation of the Birddog Drill here by Houston. Designed to teach Body Control, Core Engagement, and How to Anchor in.
Here Houston is even taking away the arms of the Offensive Player to increase the difficulty of the Drill.
The Simplicity of the USC Offense is a thing of Beauty! They are committed at being Great at a few things instead of Good at Many!
Here they are running Y-Corner with Backside Slants, one of their Bread & Butter Concepts!
Oklahoma running a great variation of Mesh, that is extremely easy to coach and teach your QB! Few plays stretch the field more both Horizontally & Vertically than Mesh!
A Crowther Sled is one of the most useful tool an Offensive Line Coach can utilize.
Here we have Clemson Using the Crowther to teach a few different techniques. At the End we believe they are using it to demonstrate proper leverage for Short Yardage Situations.
2017 Clemonβs game winner that beat Alabama and made them National Champions π
Great rub concept to beat man coverage down at the goal line.
Renfrow set up his teammate with his patience and getting vertical/closing space before releasing to the flat.

Who out there uses Pressure Hops to Regain Leverage?
What other drills/techniques do you use to teach your Offensive Line to Regain Leverage or take on Bull Rushes?
Who incorporates some form of a Chip Protection Tag?
One of the most underutilized and underrated tags to slow down elite pass rushers. Can still get receivers out on routes. Only takes once change that Pass Rush for the rest of the game.
What is your Favorite way to create Misdirection???
Misdirection with a Speedster can create Explosive Plays! All you need is a 1/2 second pause from the Defense!
USC Made a Living off of Slot-Fade this past season. Espicially out of the Empty Formation. If you are going to run a lot of Slot-Fade, you need to make sure you put that time in between the QB & the Receiver!

Who utilizes Independent Hands out there?
If you do how do you go about teaching it to your athletes? Do you also Teach Two-Handed Strikes as well?
If you don't Use Independent Hands what is the main reason you choose not to?
Happy 4th of July Everyone!
Hope your Offense brings the same amount of Fireworks that LSU did this past season!!
Here they are running an 11 p. Counter w/ BS Bubble & FS Glance! Gotta love packaging RPO's!!!!
