Here’s how this weekend is looking -
1. Write a few chapters
2. @BlueBullsRugby melt Glasgow
3. @THESTORMERS smoke Leinster
4. Jacques resigns and rejoins to @Springboks
5. James Lowe heads back to the Canes safe in the knowledge that no one wants a slow aimless-kicking wing
How to beat Leinster …
Get religious at the breakdown, cleaning like you’re trying to sell your braai. Oh ja, and ref yap in unison.
How to beat Glasgow …
Keep the ball and starve them of possession. Oh ja, and avoid the 15-man maul.
Good luck @THESTORMERS & @BlueBullsRugby
Let’s compare …

A nation with nasty journalists, obnoxious players, partisan commentators and a paranoid psyche underpinned by mediocrity and aggression.
Just venting as our national treasure is being treated terribly.
The Irish commentary in the #LEIvLIO game is frankly disgusting.
List some more anti-South African stats, why don’t you.
@PremSportsTV please balance the commentary box and get rid of these has-beens / wannabes.
Wishing the @BlueBullsRugby@THESTORMERS & @LionsRugbyCo the best in the @URCOfficial QFs.
Even if the Irish sides throw their hands in the air and yap at the ref every time play stops, just know that playing actual go forward rugby will always prevail.
Backing you all the way.

YES
Would also love to understand the recriminations from rugby’s governing bodies of false accusations…what governance is in place to protect young players from petulant, Irish hands-in-the-air rugby players more intent on remonstrating and making stuff up than playing rugby?
Thinking out loud (dangerous, I know) but with PSdT’s injury, perhaps a shift to 7️⃣ for the @Springboks?
Proven line out threat, work rate off the charts this season, covers lock & 8, pace to burn, physicality to boot, breakdown threat and cleaning now built into the repertoire.
It has been some season for Evan Roos as the top try-scorer in the @Vodacom#URC, but he is not done yet and there is a big job ahead in the Quarter-Final at DHL Stadium on Saturday.

@ManusLeRoux Also Bongi, emotionally spent after some unbelievably key moments of composure to win the game, gets up slowly thinking, “Jeez, the final whistle and England still can’t shake the plastic energy.”
