It's been going on during peak hours since the start of the season!
@GameStop I’ve had a terrible experience with 2 customer service reps, I’ve yet to receive an email confirmation for my order, my order status changed from “pending” to “awaiting product availability” and I didn’t get a notification through email about it either. Help please!
