There are only a few of them with access to those guns including AD who should be heavily blamed for not following protocol, and one or more of them are negligent

@SusanHi63677100 @yasminv It seems like it to me. It's kinda hard to believe that an armorer would mix live rounds with hundreds of round/dummy rounds. Also, AD can't remember details when questioned what exactly happened when he checked the gun before break.

@yasminv The easiest person to blame for this accident is Hannah because she's the armorer and is young,but Dave Hall should be looked at too because he did not check the rounds and can't remember some details when questioned. Who put live rounds mixed in with hundreds of blank rounds?

@thekevinmorris My mom and her husband also got covid. The husband also got hospitalized for a few days. They also both followed all the rules. I now believe that wearing face mask is pointless unless it is an N95 mask. Clothing mask does not work. The only protection would be vaccine.
