@surfingiantsfan @BBGreatMoments Box has nothing to do with it. the batter must remain basically still. if he hinders the catcher in any way by moving then it is interference. In this instance the catchers follow thru and ability to throw without changing his motion was hindered by the batters movement.

The only thing it could be is he errored in realizing it was supposed to be a force play. If thats the case its a horrible error.
