The Spurs Chronicle

Independent #thfc account with transfer analysis, informational graphics and sometimes dumb takes. #COYS

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

It's a boring period whenever there's no football, and seeing people talk about Spurs and the Football Club itself drives me.

So I decided to make graphics for things I'm interested in talking about! I want to make a graphic everyday about the club I love.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

If Jamie Donley goes out on loan I hope #Tottenham sign a proper LB backup. Donley is better than Davies in the role by far...

[Lilywhite Rose @Lilywhite_Rose]

JUST IN #thfc are expected to loan out youngsters Alfie Devine, Ashley Phillips and Jamie Donley before the end of the month, but Mikey Moore will be part of Ange Postecoglou's squad this season.

@Dan_KP

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

Cannot wait for his breakout season... #Tottenham have a gem on their hands.

[The Spurs Express @TheSpursExpress]

🚨| #Spurs set to keep Mikey Moore at the club this season rather than loan him out. Given he's only just turned 17, the thinking is it makes more sense to keep him close, learn from senior pros and get mins here and there.

@TomBarclay_

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

Dembele without a doubt.

[Ben Bowman 🏆🏆🏆 @ben_bowman_]

Which former Tottenham player would you love to see under Ange Postecoglou?

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

Best #Tottenham midfield: Current form Bissouma, Sarr and Bergvall.

Most likely to start vs Leicester: Bentancur, Sarr, Maddison.

[Tyrese @coystyrese]

What do you think is Tottenham’s best midfield trio atm?

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@munna_rambo Could be. I just assume these 3 are the most realistic options this window.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

#Tottenham fans, if we were to sign a RW who would you prefer to be fully #COYS?

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

What an absolutely fantastic signing for us... the window is of to a great start. What's next?

[Fabrizio Romano @FabrizioRomano]

🚨⚪️ Archie Gray to Tottenham, here we go! Agreement in principle between all parties involved, waiting to sign docs.

Spurs are set to pay fee around £40m, long term deal for Gray who’s accepted to join #THFC.

🔁 Joe Rodon to join #LUFC in separate transaction around £10m.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

These are the realistic strikers I can see #TOTTENHAM going for in the transfer window... special shoutout to Cunha who also has similar qualities but he might prove to be far too expensive for what he brings. #COYS #THFC

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@thespursweb @CorSport My GOAT.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

I'll be posting a thread soon on who I think our main targets for this window should/would be. I'm sure no one would be interested but I'll 100% act smug if it turns out to be right. First up, the answer to our striker issue... #COYS #TOTTENHAM #THFC

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

After more thought I think Jonathan David would actually be a pretty good purchase for #THFC. He is everything Ange would want in a striker and he is an extremely fit individual, considering the other options on the striker market he would be up there. #COYS

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@InvertTheWing We can only register up to 3 Foreign players. And maybe 1-2 HG players. So Julian Alvarez, Murillo and Ederson are doable.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@simonyemane Quality player but we need to fill in bigger holes in our squad, too much of a lateral imo. Get our starting 11 sorted with a quality RW/ST/DM first and then we can look at depth.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

This is how our squad is looking before any incomings... we have room for up to 3 foreign players, and any homegrown players coming in will relace Davies or Forster. How does this impact our window?

#COYS #TOTTENHAM #THFC

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

Comparing Maddison & Eze's recent season... for 60 million pounds would #TOTTENHAM fans take him over filling in holes in RW/ST/DM?

#COYS #THFC

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@JacoCats I'll make a graphic regarding the situation soon but basically we don't really need new HG players from other clubs unless we move on Davies or Forster. We already have 4 (those 2 + Brennan +Maddison). Our problem comes from Club HG, where we only have 3/4 players. 2 are GKs...

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@ThePremInside For me it would be between Sesko and Openda.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@TheSpursExpress @urieliugt The only premier league clubs I can think of that will give him a lot of minutes are probably Everton and West Ham... probably better to send him to the championship.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@Brandog1882 He's a top player but we need to fill so many holes in the squad (ST, RW, DM). Getting someone to compete with Maddison for £60m+ instead of using that to sign top players to improve our starting 11 isn't something we can do this window imo.

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

Personally, I don't agree with the Eze signing. But it seems an overwhelming majority of the fanbase loves him... he contributed a lot to a midtable team while having a streaky injury record. Do we bring him to the lane?

#TOTTENHAM #COYS #THFC

[The Spurs Chronicle @Spurs_Chronicle]

@TheSpursExpress We'll see... +1 goal
