Located at 5834 W. Addison in Chicago’s Portage Park, this 1928 Spanish Revival residence was designed by architect Charles J. Grotz, who lived in nearby Logan Square. It was most likely built for George Herron, who I found living here in 1931, just 3 years after it was built.
