*STOLEN CARD IN SHIPPING*, please help find! @CardPurchaser I bought this card on March 7 and sold on May 5th.. stolen on the way to eBay authentication and never reached it. Keep an eye out to help bring it home to me!
The only thing I can speak on behalf of is my own experience with having a case hit returned because of a massive streak of glue that was on it. My experience was EXCELLENT. A simple and short email exchange and I was given a return ID number and address to send it to. No senseless and time consuming forms and massive wait time. Just a quick email exchange with a human being.
My replacement cards were sent back within 2-3 weeks and were very satisfactory replacements, although not the same exact card. I knew it likely wouldnt be and was warned of that. Im very happy with the cards that I got.
Obviously a completely different situation though. I dont know if they simply said "oh well we got nothing for you" or not, nor if that would be legal.
Considering that Topps wont honor any redemption past 2020 right now, im guessing they are legally covered to do so? Dunno.

I am so utterly confused as to how this case ever became a thing. Redemptions and the "legalese" surrounding them are super simple and cut-and-dry. Im really surprised that neither a lawyer nor someone from the hobby nor just a little bit of research didnt make it clear that he had no chance of winning this case.
And for an active BIN to be the "comp" that he chose is even crazier because even with zero knowledge of the trading card industry it should be obvious that a non completed transaction would never suffice as a true value to be held up in court.
Maybe this gentlemen is extremely elderly with some dementia? Not even trying to be funny.
@kardyewest@FiloFoomp@BosCardHunter Does anybody know where he came from? Im a nobody in this community just started being active on trading card social media past year.

@MLBRaleigh You certainly aren't qualified to be running an account like this after reading that write-up. I find it hard to believe youre even from Raleigh, let alone live in Raleigh, as well. It doesn't even seem like you understand how pro markets work? What a weird account. Parody?
@goatcollect@sia_photoMatch@MeiGray@PSAcard There are two distinct lateral marks on the lower half of the "1" on the "10" on the back of the jersey that dont seem to be visible on the original photo at all. Amongst other things. Oof.
