@DanHarte @CheltCivicSoc @GlosCC True. @CheltenhamBC consulted - and did nothing. I emailed the officer who led the consultation and received no response. The dumping of these mini hangars is probably a sign of funds needing to be spent by a deadline and a rapid plan B after the failure of Plan A. Sad.

Always good to see businesses open. But unfortunately wingstop just adds to the litter that pervades our town. This is Monson Avenue. Of course customers bear responsibility - but surely the vendor can do more to prevent it?
