Today Westminster Council’s Major Applications Sub-Committee will be taking a decision on Westbrook’s Plans for Dolphin Square. Members of the public can attend the meeting at 6.30 pm in City Hall at 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP in rooms 18.01 and 18.03 on the 18th floor.
