@arturmartins @Ryanair I received the email and immediately secured a booking with Jet2 to secure holiday. @Ryanair now telling me to come back once they sussed out their cock up. I'm now £200 down. Furious.

Another victim of @Ryanair and their cancellation email this morning. Booked with Jet2. Ryanair won't entertain a discussion on refund until they work out what's gone on. Not my problem. £200 down six weeks before Christmas.

@MartinSLewis what do you make of the @Ryanair debacle this morning. Cancelled flights in error via email. I booked elsewhere immediately on receipt of email. Now struggling with Ryanair to get a refund on cancelled flight.

@OctopusEnergy @ScottishPower Thanks, SP tell me my final bill is ready from SP. Therefore I don't see the purpose of providing current readings? I do believe they will owe me money and this seems lime obstruction to me.

So I switch suppliers to @OctopusEnergy whilst in credit with @ScottishPower. A readings submitted to new supplier who pass on the readings to SP. Now I get an email from SP to call them with current readings before any credit will be refunded. Why?

Surely any current units are Octopus units? Leave my DD open and SP will take money, but any refund I must jump through hoops. I'll cancel the DD and take a check thanks. Outrageous @ScottishPower.
