Premature clutch failure in Mahindra Scorpio N - Just 16000 km on odo, without any signs my vehicle's clutch stopped working. Service center not replacing it under warranty. You must own responsibility for bad quality

Why is mahindra system so unreliable, inaccurate & inconsistent with info. My Adrenox service subscription at purchase was updated till 2025 now it's reduced to 2023 expiry. Can someone explain how this magic and cheating happened ?
