💡With @boell_India we released our latest report, "Bridging the Gap: Skilling, Policy Incentives, and Entrepreneurial Pathways for Empowering Women in Green Transitions."
Insights from the new report highlight that women risk being left out of the emerging green economy unless structural gaps in skills, jobs, enterprise, and the broader ecosystem are addressed.
Some of the key findings of report presented in the webinar were:
1️⃣ Women make up less than 25% of trainees in technical institutes (ITIs)
2️⃣ Only 6% of trainees are enrolled in green skills courses
3️⃣ Women's participation is almost entirely concentrated in solar electrical trades with near-zero presence in EV maintenance, waste management, or other emerging sectors.

There's a reason their monopoly should be stopped
@IndiGo6E Check with your Bhubaneswar to delhi flight.
Your flight is delayed, and they r taking away cabin luggage, making people stand for length when even the passengers are inside of inbound flight and flight bot cleared.

💡 In a latest piece for @prabhatkhabar, @sresthab Director – Just Transition, and @devrupa, Programme Lead, reflect on Jharkhand’s potential to become a centre for clean energy and green industry.
