Absolute shit show by the @blrcitytraffic. 1000s suffering due to VIP movement of 1 car, that too at 830AM on a weekday (20th Feb). They can’t handle normal traffic, and now wish to manufacture one. Who will pay if someone misses their flight due to this non sense on Airport Road

Due to drivers misbehaviour and not wanting to engage in a verbal spat at night, I redid the INR 930 transaction from the other account which went through. Cut to 2 days later, I see my previous transaction was also completed.

What happened?
When we got down at our destination at 1am at night, we tried paying the remaining amount of INR 930 to the driver via UPI. It got debited from our account but got stuck in processing due to error on drivers bank side.

I suggest you think hard on what you have done & respect your customers. I booked the car for 10 hrs & returned in 80 mins. Your CS team was unavailable on call
@Zoomcar_India Booked a car but AC was not working and was returned in 80 min (instead of 10 hrs). Even after calling the customer care many times, noone answered. After writing to customer support, got std response stating that i am a liar.

@Swiggy order #163956393427472 We ordered Elaneeru Payasam from RNR Biryani at 8:57pm today.
Firstly the order was delivered 1.5 hrs late. And on top of that they sent diluted elaichi milk instead of the Payasam.
