@KollinPetrie I would ask people what they wish to be called. Many groups prefer the use of identity first language. Also, the word disability is preferred over euphemisms like “special needs”

@RIBHDDH The terms autistic & disabled are not outdated, and actually can be the preferred way that many individuals within those communities describe themselves. Respecting someone’s preference for Identity first language is important as well
