Sir, Young Executives of CIL are so disheartened by the way our Pay Scale Upgradation is being taken up. It appears complete Eye Wash. With no reason, matter is being referred to DPE whereas Guidelines no where ask for. MoC can take decision
#RemovePayAnomalyCIL Despite the truth (i.e we juniors are going through the injustice right from our joining in CIL) DPE and Ministry and the Top management remain silent and reluctant then we feel that future of this company is dwindling.
