Dear Sir, the matter of Pay Revision of Executives of Coal India Ltd. has been turned down by DPE due to faulty proposal submitted by irresponsible officers of Personnel Division. All other CPSEs have adopted 3rd PRC. It's been over 1.3 Years. Plz look into it

Board of Maharatna Company (which CIL is) has power to do it directly. ONGC did in June 2007. In case of Non-Mahartna, DPE Guidelines say that CPSE can do with their Ministry. RINL did. SAIL also. Why CIL sending to DPE? To delay?

Meeting of Board of Directors took place on 25th Nov. In case of Non Executives, after the Board Meeting, letter to MoC was sent on the same day. In case of Executives, nothing happened in last 10 Days. No sign of any action soon
