BREAKING NEWS! General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Uganda’s Chief of Defence Forces, has announced that General Peter Elwelu is to be STRIPPED OF HIS RANKS AND REDUCED TO PRIVATE! Muhoozi has also said he ordered the arrest of Elwelu’s wife and 20 former soldiers associated with him, while warning Elwelu to surrender if he wants to save his own life.
