Our youngsters enjoyed a great morning at the East-Cork School's X-Country athletics this morning in Ballymacoda.

A fantastic evening's racing last night for our 5k. Tony Forristal from East Cork retained his title and Aoife Cooke from Eagle AC won the female title.

Congratulations to our Juvenile athletes Sarah (LJ, 60m), Ellie (Walks), Molly (LJ, 60m), Ailish (60m), and Ronan (600m) who competed in the National Indoor T&F Championships at Athlone this weekend. Pride of place went to Ronan with a national Silver. Well done gang 💪💪
