We spent the day with our friends from the ATA of Manitoba at the St. Claude School Career Fair!
We were able to give a quick glimpse into one of the many jobs that an Autobody Technician might do on any given day using a virtual reality paint booth.

Only a few years ago, the “Technician to Admin Staff Ratio” was 4 technicians, for every 1 admin staff. Today, that ratio is 1:1. We need 1 admin staff for every technician that we have in the shop.

On Monday August 28th, over 1700 MPI employees who are a part of the MGEU walked off the job Monday morning leaving repair facilities and insured Manitobans without the resources necessary to process repair claims.

An MPI estimator is at our shop every Wednesday morning (by appointment) for estimates of claims that don’t qualify for direct repair.
These appointments are for claims where you still have to see an MPI estimator, such as hail claims from our recent hailstorm.
