Nearly 2 months on and still not got this issue resolved. I’ve been on the phone to virgin at the weekend and got cut off. I have been on all morning and getting cut off now I can’t even call back. Can someone DM me so I can provide my number and you can call me?

Not much help to be honest didn’t get to speak to anyone and you have run a test on the equipment we have. It’s not going to work because the issue is with the WiFi. Think it might be best to try another provider and cancel. I have to work from home which is now not possible

@MartinSLewis Completely disgusted with @etihad @EtihadHelp cancelled trip to Australia but won’t issue full refund £107 per ticket cancellation penalty x4! They are keeping my money for a flight that isn’t going! This is why people will have no sympathy when airlines go bust.
