@BoerSlim @DrNeilStone From what I’ve learned, HPV is necessary but not sufficient to cause cervical cancer. It is the underlying cause, but genetics, smoking status, HIV status, nutrition and other factors determine if the person clears the virus or if cervical change occurs.
